Rescue Me Cover Art - Blu-ray Forum

I recently ordered Rescue Me Season 3 on blu-ray from a dealer on Amazon, and I ended up getting just the discs without the case, and the cover art was torn up. I got it for $27 shipped and the discs are pristine so I can't complain. I was wondering if anyone that owned the blu-ray would be willing to upload a printable version of the cover art for me. Also what kind of case did this release have? From the mangled cover art I have, it seems to be smaller than the warner ones. Any ideas on getting a replacement case?

I see what if I can get a good scan but I have to get the scaner out 1st...
