Hi. I'm not sure if this goes here. But, I sold a brand new movie I bought personally at the store and sold it on Ebay. I never opened it and mailed it with the original plastic wrap still on. It is a Interstellar Neo Pack from Walmart. The buyer is claiming is is not new and has fingerprints on the disc. How is that even possible if it was still in the plastic wrap when I mailed it? Now they are requesting a refund for what I think is a scam. What should I do?
