Most likely for the US release, but for the international release I'm not very confident.

Seeing as Universal tend to encode their discs for release in multiple countries, it's far more likely that the exact same disc will be released everywhere. Only the packaging will be different.

Anyway, at this stage there's no information about the special features at all, so declaring it will definitely be barebones is crazy. Let's wait and see.

Nordic BD sleeve's back cover lists no extras, but sometimes they just don't have room for that, seeing as they have plot descriptions in four languages. For example All Quiet on the Western Front here listed nothing really, and it had plenty of extras.

Well, Universal has released several titles in Europe without extras while the US release does include extras (Airport, Babe, The Breakfast Club, Parenthood, Sixteen Candles, etc.).
