Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the UK
And the store is currently for physical items only. Games are not even included yet. Will possibly happen soon.

on the landing page I selected my language English and took me the UK store where it said they do not ship outside the UK

Ah, for English it sends you to the zavvi store, which is UK only.

For the others it doesn't.
