Deepdiscount issue

Hi, I'm Australian and am trying to order the Hudsucker Proxy from DeepDiscount.

I set up an account and have the film in my cart, but when I go to checkout, it has boxes for country, postcode and delivery method. They all require writing, no drop downs. Only the postcode one has an apply button but when I press apply, it does not update anything on the page. Down the bottom it has options for paypal or secure checkout. Paypal button does nothing. Secure checkout takes me back to the homepage. How do I actually go through this checkout? It makes no sense.
