If this were in DC, I would've been all over this but we usually never get any of the good stuff like this which stinks because this sound all kinds of awesome.

Well shit. I got all excited, and then saw the theater list, where the only theater in the entire state of Illinois participating is one in downtown Chicago

I mostly wanted to see the first Nightmare on Elm Street in the theater, which I never have as I was too young during its initial release. I wish fathom events or someone would do that one with a much wider theater list.

Woo Hoo!

I don't know if it's a nationwide thing, or just this theater, but I found a Marcus Theater near me that is doing Nightmare on Elm Street in mid October!
...and it's only 5 bucks! (assuming I can't just use MoviePass on it)

Looks like they are also going to be showing The Shining, The Exorcist, and Halloween, as well as some kids stuff like Monsters vs Aliens, Shrek, and some Disney Junior Halloween thing.
(The Shining is the only other one I may go to, but I am happy just to be able to see Elm Street!)

Kansas City, with its abundance of theaters in the area, doesn't have one theater showing this. Dang.

For those who can go, enjoy.

Damn I would love to see Fright Night on the big screen. Seeing as it's on a Tuesday, I don't think it'll be possible.

Numerous Regal theaters in the greater Portland area and they choose Lloyd Center 10 to host this? As much as I'd love to see Suspiria on the big screen, this is a hard pass for me. Bridgeport Village or Evergreen Parkway would've been far better choices to go with for this sort of thing.

Yes, please. I'll be hitting up one of the NYC Suspiria showings on the 2nd for sure. Thought I was gonna have to wait till Oct. 21st to see it at the Landmark Sunshine. Maybe I'll end up doing both!

Missed the Suspiria remaster last month when it played here, but I'm kind of glad I did since I can now see it in a better theater on Oct. 2nd.

Very interested in The Dead Zone / Pet Sematary and Cat People / Videodrome double features.

Honestly, if I had the time, I'd go to every one of them. No bad movies on that list.

For $5, I'd totally consider Suspiria at Miami Beach. Not the easiest drive, but c'mon.... it's Suspiria.
