I think the consensus is that iTunes uses the original aspect ratio. If it's listed as Fullscreen, that just means the trailer is fullscreen. It's a flaw in their descriptions, but don't worry. If it's in HD, you're looking at a movie in its original ratio. I was wondering the same thing about "There's Something About Mary" a while back, and it was confirmed that it's widescreen, despite its listing saying Fullscreen.
