Resident Evil Quadrilogy SteelBook

Wir haben auf jeden Fall geplant auch für Resident Evil: Afterlife
ein Steelbook zu veröffentlichen.
Im Moment sieht es so aus, dass es exclusiv bei Amazon erhältlich sein wird.
Des weiteren werden wir auch ein Steelbook mit allen vier BRs
auswerten.

I don't see the problem in milking the consumers. I worry about that this will be a jumbo or G1 Steelbook if I think about the number of discs.

Unless you are OCD, I really don't see the point of buying this...the individual Steels are much nicer and there is already a Trilogy Steel out, actually I think there's another one coming.

Also, the ending of afterlife indicates that there will be another movie after that for sure so what is the point of buying this honestly? Are you going to by one after that with 5? and one after that if there is a 6th movie as well?

4 discs can easily fit in a blu-ray steelbook. I got my Tron/Tron Legacy Steelbook yesterday and it had 2 discs on one side. So the Resident Evil Quadrilogy Steelbook will probably have 2 discs on each sides.

Don't think you can fit four in a G2 SteelBook. G1, for sure.

Again................. I got my Tron/Tron Legacy Blu-ray Steelbook yesterday and it has 2 discs on one side. It could easily fit 2 discs more on the other side.

This has nothing to do with fitting. Indead I have a Harry Potter 4 disc in a single amaray. But Scanavo won't do that, they have JumboBook for this purpose. 4 disc or above is JumboBook.

Well I didn't talk about if Scanavo would do it or not. I am just saying that 4 discs can easily fit in a blu-ray Steelbook!

Scanavo has actually said that 4 discs canNOT fit in a blu-ray G2-sized SteelBook. They can do it in a G1, but not a G2.

Just because there is an empty side there doesn't mean that you can just chuck two discs in there and the sucker will still close.

No it wouldn't close unless 2 disc are on the same hub which must be the case with this one. Unlike a DVD sized (G1) the secod hub overlap the disc which make the two disc on one side much thicker and with 2 sides like that it wouldn't close.

Anyway I don't really care about this but I have a question. I'm selling my sealed copy on eBay and someone asked me if it's region free, anyone knows?

Alien and shawshank are both 4 disc g2 steelbooks...old thread is very old...

Jumbos are prob cheaper. But anything over 4 discs the standard g2 wont work. (unless its mission impossible and they stack them..)
