Front Floorstanding Speaker???

Are these Klipsch front Floorstanding Speakers good enough? I have an old onkyo 7.1 and I'm looking to upgrade it to 9.2 receiver to do atmos and dts x with 7.1.2 set up.
So I currently have 7 speakers set up and I'm thinking to move the front ones to the height/overhead to get atmos and use these Klipsch in the front that will give me more power. So trying to spend like 2k in the upgrade $1500 receiver adn $500 on front Floorstanding Speakers.
