Default Trying to re-organize my iTunes movie library

I have a few quick questions. I downloaded some Disney movies a while back when I first bought them on Blu Ray (Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, and A Christmas Carol) and I noticed that they were not in HD. I had watched them through Apple TV and they looked HD to me, but the files that were on my computer were not (I'm referring to the files that downloaded, not streaming from the cloud). I wanted HD versions on my hard drive so I was able to download them even though BATB is no longer available in the iTunes store-I thought it was funny I didn't have to pay again and that I got the HD versions just by re-downloading). That being said, I tried to download Lady and the Tramp and can no longer find it in the store to download in HD, even though I have the SD version on my computer and seem to be able to play the HD version in the cloud over Apple TV - does anyone know the reason why?

Also, this iTunes extras thing has me confused because I actually now have two versions of Cinderella - one says "iTunes extras original version" and the one just says "Cinderella", they both work but have entirely different menus - if I understand correctly, the original version is complete on my hard drive and the other version I am actually streaming the extra content rather than having it stored? I did get a message stating that if I deleted the original it would free up "X" amount of space.

Last, the version of "A Christmas Carol" that I have on my computer (downloaded) has a menu and it says "iTunes extras original version" in the file - but when I play it on Apple TV there is no menu it just plays the movie - are the extras no longer available to stream?

Just a little confused so any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
