Default Amazon UK

So I recently got burned for the first time importing from Amazon.uk. The package not here after almost 3 months. There's really nothing you can do, is there? There doesn't seem to be any way to inquire about a missing package there, and they don't provide tracking #s

Just contact them through chat and explain what has happened, would be very surprised if they didn't sort it out by either replacing the item or offering a refund but why have you waited 3 months? as soon as it went past the estimated delivery date I would have been onto them.

This is assuming you purchased from them directly and not a 3rd party seller.

I'd be surprised if they didn't send out a replacement with their quickest shipping method, but send them a nice email, explaining your situation. Their customer service is usually excellent, especially for International customers.

I'll try. I actually forgot I made the order, another order I made after that one showed up. I was just reminded yesterday when I looked at my orders on my account page. "Wait a minute, I don't have those yet, do I?"

I believe three months is beyond their window for reporting lost packages. I've had packages lost and they replace them promptly, but that was one month, not three.

Seriously? Amazon are great for this kind of thing. They'd have probably refunded you after 3 weeks.

I would contact them. There is a contact them page but its not easy to find.

Since you left it a bit late they might ask questions since the time frame would usually be a month if not delivered tops but their customer service is usually very good.

They'll either refund you, or offer to send out another one, doubt there will be any issues.
Go to their contact page, then pick the order from the list.
