Default Best way to protect Blu-Rays from dust?

Basically what the title says.

I know most people keep theirs on shelves, but my shelves tend to gather a lot of dust, so I keep mine in a separate wardrobe (which is usually closed to prevent sunlight entering too).

Will my collection be OK this way?

I have closed doors with glass in front so I can see them, but dust will have little chance.
Dust will always find a way, but in my case I'll slow it down and the discs are inside the cases, so they'll be fine.

Thanks for the reply, I like the idea of a glass window to see them. Might do that when I get my own house. Also always keep mine in the cases, so hopefully they will be ok.

Nothing wrong with leaving your discs on shelves. The right cases (cases without cutouts) keep most dust out. Then simply dust your shelves and exposed parts of the cases. That's how I take care of my discs and I my discs are visually dust free after years.

TheLibrarian, I have a lot of dust too. When I buy some BD/DVD I make copy of it to the NAS (Network-attached disc's array storage server) where I storage my video collection for anytime viewing via computer or video player with network access. After this I drop disc to the big archive tightly closed (hermetic) box where I storage my other BD/DVD. Yes, it is very expensive, but very comfortably and safely for original discs.
