Forum showing in generic view instead of Blu-Ray.com view?

For the last week or so, the forums are showing in a generic/default view rather than the traditional blu-ray.com view (colors and sale titles at the top)

I just tried a new window in IE and it works fine, same in incognito in chrome.. but normal chrome looks like this:

Did I hit something to turn off a setting? Happens whether logged in or not
