Default Lg 65eg9600 $2,499!

Dell.com is selling the LG OLED 65EG9600 for $2,499! http://accessories.dell.com/sna/prod...9&sku=A8216681 This is one sweet deal and it might just get sweeter if you can get Best Buy to price match because Best Buy is throwing in $300 in gift cards for this model! It's worth a try! I'd pull the trigger but, this set is a little out of my price range. Just ordered the Samsung 65" KS8000 for $1,799! It arrives tomorrow!

Curious to see how you like the Samsung. I bought the Sony 930D last weekend and The Samsung KS8000 Was one of the ones I was looking at.

For me it was between the Vizio P65-C1 and the Samsung which I purchased. I used this site: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8000 to help out in the decision process. The Samsung seems like it would fit my needs more with the better HDR output and low input lag for video games. When I get it setup tomorrow, I'll let you know my thoughts!

Make sure the 9600 is the UB model.

the older UA build can't play HDR UHDs through HDMI

I'm really pleased with the KS8000! Amazing contrast and excellent black levels with 4K HDR content and regular 1080p HD! 2:35 ratio films would always look soft on my Samsung F8500 Plasma. The 4K up conversion process makes normal 2:35 1080p Blu-rays come alive with amazing added detail! The One Connect Box is very convenient too! I would definitely recommend the TV! Check out this review: http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/ks8000
Here's what they say in comparison about your 930D "As a whole, the Sony X930D picture quality isn’t superior but its price is. Only get it if you absolutely want 3D which is not available on the Samsung KS8000. The Samsung KS8000 offers a better picture quality both in a very bright or very dark room."
