Why is the one with the slipcover twice as much? They all contain the same contents - blu ray + blu ray 3d + dvd + digital copy

The one pictured with a slipcover appears to be sold by a third party seller, rather than Amazon themselves. Also, the slip cover one is an older version with a disc based Digital copy, rather than the DMA based digital copy of the slip-coverless one.

The one with slip you can get 2 digital copy redemption's out of while the one without slip can only be redeemed once. The one with slip isn't being released anymore and the slip-less one is the replacement for it. If you are from canada and dont have access to dma then the digital copy for the slip one is sd and the digital copy for the slipless one is hd.
