On a recent trip to California, I had a chance to once again treat my wife and I to renowned Chef Ronaldo McDonaldo's famous sandwich au McPoulet. It was a magnificent treat and a delight for the senses, doubly so because we can only get Chef McDonaldo's lesser sandwich au McPoulet épicé here in Vegas.

A+, highly recommended.

I went to Gordon Ramsay's BurGR in Las Vegas a couple months ago. I really liked the burgers and thought the fries with dipping sauces were very good, but some of the people I was with didn't think it was that great.

Larios in Miami Beach (http://www.bongoscubancafe.com/larios.html ) is a Cuban restaurant owned by Gloria Estefan. Dinner there was excellent.
I had the Pork Bites, which were treated with a garlic-lime mojo.

Used to be Bongo's Cuban Cafe (now closed down) which was right across the American Airlines stadium.

I've been to Savannah seven times. Each time, I've made it a point to avoid Lady & Sons (Paula Deen's restaurant), which locals know to be all hype.

On the other hand, Saints & Sinners, a New Orleans restaurant owned by Channing Tatum, is pretty good. Only place I've been to that can just about match my bestie's crawfish etouffee for heat.
