After this limited edition package sells out, a trimmed-down mass market edition will be released in 2018.

Margaret (Anne Carlisle) is a fashion model with dreams of stardom, whose alter ego and rival, Jimmy (also Carlisle), abuses and takes advantage of her to satisfy his rampant drug addiction. Unknown to them, tiny, invisible aliens have landed on the roof above the squalor in which they live and begin killing anyone Margaret has sex with to feed on their pleasure giving neurotransmitters. All the while, a German scientist attempts to capture and study them.

Hailed by Time Magazine as ‘a two hour act of imagination,’ Slava Tsukerman’s LIQUID SKY is an underground masterpiece of avant-garde science fiction filmmaking. This movie is so damn crazy. 80's punk fashion - psychedelic - UFO invasion conspiracy - disco drug fest - with the most bizarre soundtrack, special effects, script and acting you'll ever see. All taking place in New York city's early 80s soho punk art scene.

I love it.

Anyone into far out bizarre films has to check this one out.

So someone want to give me the spoiler free lowdown? I saw this tape at pretty much every video store I ever went to back in the day, but I don't think I've ever actually seen it. The trailer looks like this would be a great movie to smoke a huge bowl to, but it doesn't give me any details about the flick itself.

So, going in blind - is this any good? I love the schlock and cheese and weird off-beat stuff, if that helps any.

I didn't notice the free shipping option till after I'd placed my order. Kinda want to email them and ask them to change it, but I'm honestly so stoked for this movie that I don't care -- this is an all-time top ten title for me.
