Question Profile 1.1

I am currently borrowing a Sony PS3 from a relative, while he is stationed overseas, to enjoy my BD collection. (Yeah, I know, I add new meaning to the term "early adopter": I own the software before I own the hardware.)

My question, though, is, other than Picture-in-picture, what other benefits or enhancements does Profile 1.1 add to a BD player? Should I hold out for a Profile 1.1 player? Your thoughts, folks?

Thanks...
