Only Pillow Talk looks good. The other two are taken from ancient transfers which barely look better than the DVD.

I have the US version of this collection (Pillow Talk, Lover Come Back, Send Me No Flowers) and I thought that the HD transfer for Lover Come Pack looked great overall. All of them look like they are taken from release-prints, so multi-generation film artifacts are present, but still a film-like presentation in general with satisfying detail in many scenes.

Where did you get a copy of the "Premium" set? It's been out of print for a while I believe.

If you can’t see the massive difference in PQ between Pillow Talk and Lover Come Back you may need a better display or new glasses.

I have the set and can confirm all films are in the correct aspect ratio. I am impressed as to the video quality. Unfortunately, the sound is lossy, but not bad. I think the set is worth buying.

My copy, of the 2019 release, is titled "Doris Day Collection". The word "Premium" is missing but the 4-disc set looks otherwise identical. Even the EAN matches. Was there a separate 2019 release?

I expect there was.

I ordered mine October last and, like yours, the cover insert not only drops the word "Premium" but also appears to have been made for a thinner case (like that in the image below)

I have to say amazon's advising you that you purchased an item is a fantastic tool.
I could not remember if I had this original set in DVD or Bluray (I knew I had at least one).
It's a great set, I love those latter-day Day titles, especially Caprice. I love it to bits!

Does anyone know if this collection is region B only as Blu-ray.com has it listed as region A as well and region C untested?

I have this set and just tested all three discs for you.

It works on Region A and C. I assume it works on B as well so they are all Region Free.
