Default Upgrade from 4K display to HDR display question?

Hi all, I posted this in the 4k hardware thread, but not getting any responses, thought I would try here.

I currently have the Sony XBR-55X850B (2014 4k model). Without doing any research I went and got the Xbox one S and 6 UHD movies. Only to realize that the Sony display won't play them, due to the fact it does not have HDR.

So now I am having to upgrade to a HDR TV if I want to watch them. My budget is slim, so I am looking at the new Samsung 55KU6300 or the LG 55UH6150. Will it be worth it upgrading to one of these from the Sony. The Sony has an amazing picture, just really disappointed that it can't do what I want it to.

Thanks in advance for any input.
