Next week FIFA has the same trade in deal Madden had: trade in last year's game and get guaranteed $15 ($16.50 GCU) trade in value PLUS $10 coupon for FIFA 17. FIFA 17 also has one of the $10 Rewards for preordering.

Doing the math (w/ GCU):
$59.99 - $10 (coupon) = $49.99*.8 (20% off GCU) = $39.99 - $10 (reward credit) = $29.99 - $16.50 (trade in gift card for GCU) = $13.49 + $7.99 (buying 16) = FIFA 17 is net $21.48. $31.48 out of pocket

You'll still have to pay tax on $39.99 and $7.99, but you'll also get a buck or two back in regular points (from buying both copies and the trade in on 16). Even if you don't want FIFA, you'll get about $40-$44 to trade the new one right back in.

If you're only regular gamer's club, add $11.50 ($10 GCU and $1.50 extra on the trade-in). But come on... If you're reading this, you seriously should be Unlocked!

Two questions:

If you trade in two Xbone copies separately, will you get two $10 off coupons?

And if so, can one of them be used for the PS4 version of 17?

I ask because I want the game for both Xbone and PS4 this year.

I don't know if it's locked to one per account or not. I know you'll only get 1 $10 reward, but not sure about the coupon.

CAG shows the fine print as: "Offer valid in store only. Trade-in values valid 9/11/16 through 9/24/16. Coupon valid in stores only through 10/1/16. Trade-in of FIFA 16 on Xbox 360 and PS3 are eligible to receive $10 off coupon only. Limit 1 coupon per transaction."

As far as the first question is concerned, if it's at all like how it was for trading in two copies of Madden 16 a few weeks ago ... yes, cause I received two separate $10 off coupons.

If I remember the verbiage on the coupon for Madden 17, it won't matter which platform (PS4 or XBONE) that you use it on. Not sure like 100% sure, but pretty sure.
