Option 1 (50" 1080p)
Option 2 (50" 4KTV) PLEASE help me out as I will decide by tonight. I will mainly use the TV to watch regular blu-rays and sports on TV. I want the best picture available. The room the TV is going to be in is small so the TV will have a small distance viewing (sounds weird how I word it, but you know what I mean). I may eventually get a 4K bluray player (dying to watch Revenant on 4K), but I don't believe the Vizio has HDR, so is it even worth it for 4k Blus? Please help me out, thank you. PS: This is the last thread I make about this, promise! Decision tonight ![]() PS #2: I know the 4K TV isn't top of the line, but it gets pretty good reviews. I love that it has 5 HDMI ports (the other one has 3), but what worries me is the fact that it doesn't have HDR, and most importantly I'm worried blu-rays and regular 1080i cable TV will look WORSE on it. I'm not sure if I'm correct on that, but since the viewing distance will be small, won't 720p and 1080p content look worse on the 4k compared to the 1080p TV? I've heard multiple opinions on this, some say worse, some say same, and some say a lot better. Last edited by Firecrackker; 09-09-2016 at 07:40 PM. |
