It looks like these are the single sided DVDs for all the seasons, unless someone corrects me.

Yes, you are correct. Universal has got rid of most of those problematic double sided discs they used with their shows. ATeam, Knight Rider, The Munsters, Miami Vice, Murder She Wrote, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, and Rockford Files all are also available on single sided DVDs now.
