Default How can you tell if a "new" Blu-ray is re-packaged?

First off, sorry if this is in the wrong sub-forum....

Anyways, I have slight OCD and I was watching someone's youtube bluray unboxing of an older title and the case was damaged and the shrink wrap wasn't as tightly fitted as it should have been, he suspected it was re-packaged. Now I have had my variety of the plastic shrink wrap, tight fitting and clean looking, still tight but considerably loser with noticeable seams, etc.

My ocd got the better of me and I usually keep all my reciepts for my new buys till I watch to make sure no issues. All my newer release titles I know were brand new, all gotten on release day and 1 just a few days later, all had slips so no time for them to re-package.

However, I got 2 titles 1 from 2008 and 1 from 2013 at best buy for dirt cheap and I noticed the older one had a tight shrink wrap with movie money on it but I noticed the title from 2013 had shrink wrap and it fit it well, but with the seams. I know different manufacturers use different methods, and I noticed the 2013 title shrink wrap resembled the same shrink wrap on a title I got on release day in Sept so I know it doesn't necessarily constitute re-package. Plus the 2008 title was clearly re-wrapped with the movie money and any other without it could have had "worn" wrap, but I didn't notice.

I was just wondering, the 2013 title played fine I just didn't know how many stores just re-package exchanges, etc and sell them new again?
