Linking/unlinking vudu and walmart accounts

A little back story...So I picked up The Infiltrator on blu and it has a IW sticker on it. I opened a trouble ticket last week about not getting the digital copy. After three emails with customer service I finally called to see the status. The lady is telling me that the reason I'm not getting it is because of my accounts not being linked. I've never had a problem before with my accounts not being linked. After scanning the receipt I get the email and click the redeem button and it asks if I want it to go into my *****@yahoo.com vudu account. I have two vudu accounts and one walmart savings catcher account. So all the "crappy folders and text art" go into second vudu account and not the primary.

So my question is, if I link my vudu and walmart like cs is suggesting will I be able to unlink it later?
