Question Is there a written copy of the 1924 Formula (early Hays Code)?

I'm doing some research on the development of the Hollywood Production Code, but I haven't been able to find a copy of "The Formula" from around 1924. The MPPDA has several documents tagged "The Formula" but I don't see the actual code anywhere. I'm pretty sure this page with the "1922" Formula is inaccurate - it's just the 1921 NAMPI Thirteen Points.

Any clues to this mystery would be appreciated!

I've posted my research of the original sources of the codes developed from 1921 to 1930. Still haven't been able to find "The Formula" though!
