What if a rich person steals a poor person's personal information and uses it to secretly open a bank account in that person's name that they have no knowledge of, and transfers all their wealth into it, and bribes the bank manager so that the account doesn't close when the unsuspecting account holder dies of Rich Flu, as well as allowing the formerly rich but now technically not rich person who opened the account full access to the account to pay for stuff without getting infected by Rich Flu because that money doesn't actually belong to that person anymore?
