(I added these to the database months ago, but almost forgot about them!)
Shochiku have just released a bunch of Tsukamoto (virtually everything). These get advertised as "new HD masters", but sadly no subtitles of any sort. Anyone knows anything about them? These might be superior to the Western releases - and Vital finally got released on Blu!

Tetsuo and A Snake of June caps up at Caps-a-holic: same masters, and virtually same transfer. Grain is better resolved on ASoJ, but I don't think I would notice it while watching...

Some of them are also apparently 1080i. No idea why unless they recycled HDTV masters in those cases.

Has anyone bought these releases and what's the difference between 1080i and 1080p in picture quality?
