Is this two separate movies packaged together, or a single super-cut like Dark Knight Returns?

If it's the latter I'll buy it, otherwise I'll continue waiting.

I have them by themselves on 4K but not together if that's the case with this release might end up getting this at some point.

"Collection" was the word throwing me off and made me think they just put the two existing releases in a boxset. But yeah, if it's the super-cut then I'm there for it. Hopefully Target comes through with a Steelbook.

I’ve already got both but having a seamless super cut is too tempting. I think I read sometime ago that there was extra movie time/footage tacked onto this version?

It seems that the extended supercut is a 4K exclusive. There's no sign of a Blu-Ray release at this time.

Which is interesting because Reign on its own is about 85 minutes with credits. This supercut might be pushing three hours!

The supercut was quietly announced before the release of the second film and it was said by WB that it would be be an extended cut with footage not used in either film.

^ I've been collecting the 4K DC animated movies on iTunes, usually when on sale for 9.99, and have been a satisfied customer so far. But I might consider going with a physical disc purchase this time around, especially if it's in Dolby Vision.
