PS3 2.1 Issues with PAL BD-R/RE - Blu-ray Forum

Just to give everybody a heads up, looks like the latest firmware has broken the ability of PAL users to playback BD-R/RE. Both Encore and DVDit HD made disc are no longer working...

This is simply not true - my BD/R-RE mastered with Encore CS3 still play back nicely as they did prior to firmware release 2.10

i tried playing several blu discs on my ps3 and none of them would play. that lil thing in the upper right corner just kept spinning like it wuz loading. anyone know what this could mean? Update problem? or PS3 problem?

Can you be more specific? BD-R/RE? Which app did you use to create it?
