Default Which Type of Push-Button hub Is Better?

The one that allows the Blu-ray disc to rotate freely or the one that holds the disc tightly so that it can't move at all (assuming either type of hub effortlessly releases the disc when pushed)?

The former. I need my discs to be completely straight when I put them in the case and I don't like the extra hassle of having to put them into the case perfectly. So I just throw them in and spin it until it's straight.

But how do you know, when you set the case on the shelf, that the disc hasn't spun a bit to the left or to the right a bit?

Well by that point it really doesn't matter. Out of sight, out of mind right?

I just have to have them straight when I put them in the case and close it. And the majority of the time they're not wildly out of place when I come back at a later date and open the case so it's all good.

Didn't mean to be. Hey, I keep my cases in plastic sleeves. It can't get worse than that.

That's a healthy way of looking at it (no pun intended).
