I added this to my Amazon wish list a while ago and the price has dropped significantly, down to around $11. I don't see any forum thread for this one.

Has anyone seen this? I'm thinking of buying it... the BD has a good review on this site. I'm just curious as to actual opinions on the film. Is it low budget?
