OK, so I should be eligible for this service. I don't feel like I was treated as a special customer when I passed along evidence of my bandy G6. IMO, it's a no-brainer to extend the warranty to 2 years on the G series, if they really want to make this premium service worth it.

I've received my goodies about 2 and 1/2 weeks ago....when I spoke to the LG VIP rep., he stated that the shipping is taking longer than they expected...

I registered back in September and have called several times now. Oh well, will continue to be a squeaky wheel until delivery.
As it turns out, that registration wasn't recognized by the system because I used the "-U" suffix when registering the TV. Re-registered today, so here's hoping they can expedite the shipment of the goodies. Last edited by vinnie97; 12-07-2016 at 10:17 PM. |
