I'm about to leave to drive my parents to the airport (1 hour drive). They are headed to their winter home in Arizona. I'm heading down there tomorrow for the first time.

Was a long weekend, between a con and taking my wife washer and dryer shopping I'm pooped. Still, it was only fair, I drug her all over when I was looking for our new tv

They spent about 3 weeks there in both January and February, and are going back down there for about a month now. My dad still works but he owns the company so he can come and go when he pleases, but he couldn't handle 3 straight months away from work.

Ouch, sorry man. I've got something -- lots of chest congestion and no voice, but 0 nasal congestion. Go figure.

I'd go to the doctor, but I'm scrambling with an appellate brief, so it's lots of research and writing for me. Screw health!

Thanks for the sympathy. Funny you mention having zero nasal congestion to go with your other symptoms... I live with almost constant nasal congestion. Maybe because the area I live in is one of the worst in the country for allergies. Like you said... Screw health. That said, sorry you're not feeling well.

Thanks man, but it's a good excuse to shut my door, set the phone to "Do Not Disturb", and work away without having to talk to people. I give them the old point-to-mouth-whisper-"can't talk" deal.

Just walked in. Finished work at 2:30, but I helped a friend install her new Toshiba LCD and old, old stereo setup. Kicked off my shoes, threw my coat on the couch, walked to the fridge for a cold one and opened my PC....here I am!
