I'm not really sure how to best define this issue to do a search so hopefully it hasn't been covered already.
Today I got into my uv library on myuv.com and noticed that pretty much every TV season I've bought and redeemed a UV code for are incomplete in my UV library. Like for Game of Thrones each season only shows 2-4 episodes in my UV library despite the code being for the complete season. Surely the entire season is UV. I got in on that free House of Cards season 2 deal and it only shows 5 of those episodes in my UV library. I checked the FAQ and it suggests checking my parental control settings, which I'm not finding. I seem to have full access to everything on myuv.com and am not finding any parental controls that might be causing the issue. Otherwise the FAQ says "If you still cannot see a movie or TV show that you believe you purchased, contact customer service at the UltraViolet retailer where you bought it." Some of these I purchased on Vudu so I imagine those I would contact them. Some of these were codes I redeemed so I imagine that I need to contact the studio? Has anyone dealt with this before to be able to point me in the right direction (even if that's another thread with the answers because this has been asked before)? |
