I can't go to the menu in Leawo Blu-ray Player

EinCB128 Senior Member Member since:Aug 2016 4K collection:113 Blu-ray collection:248 DVD collection:8	I can't go to the menu in Leawo Blu-ray Player Just like the topic title says, most of the times I can't go to the menu, the word is greyed out when watching the movie or film. Some exceptions are There Will Be Blood, Spirited Away, and Se7en. When watching Sweet Smell of Success, it plays the commentary. When I'm trying to watch Apocalypse Now, it plays the redux version. I have an ASUS external hard drive and a Windows 10 desktop. I can't play the Blu-rays on PotPlayer or VLC, either. So, how can I access the menu on Leawo if it's greyed out? Thanks in advance!
