I don't have a tru pod to run the YPAO calibration I will buy one eventually. In the meantime I've read that this may sound crazy but someone said to put the YPAO mic on top of my head at my listening position. Is that a bad idea? The first time I ran YPAO I placed the mic in the center of the Room. I find myself constantly messing with the DB levels I will eventually buy a spl meter to get a accurate reading. What volume should I have my subwoofer at will running the calibration, and volume at on the reciver should it be turned up really loud or just average. If any of my Yamaha user have any suggestions I'm all ears
