There are a lot of French movies that get broadcast on one of the numerous HD channels in France, 26 Free plus a lot more on subscription, so if there has been a High Definition master why is it not released on Blu Ray?
I recently watched gorgeous revenge drama Jacquo le Croquant starring the incredible Gaspard Ulliel. It looks beautiful all the way through, photography and settings are outstanding. And it was a big box office hit. So why only a dvd release and that without even French subtitles for the deaf and hard of hearing! So many other titles in need of a Blu Ray release. |
