I have decided to start a personal thread to make myself less of a stranger and hopefully gain a few friends.

I will start with a few facts about myself.

A Few Facts About Myself

1. I am not easily offended. Feel free to discredit my opinion. I am not going to start a bitter dispute over an opinion.

2. On rare occasions, like any given Tuesday f'rinstance, I will state my opinion as if I were the one who wrote, produced, directed and acted in a film. I am admitting now that I'm simply educated beyond my intelligence.

3. I want to befriend those people who hold contests so that I can become a part of the bigger picture. The frame maybe.

4. I am never as serious or absurd as I let on. I will take a stance on the smallest issue simply because I woke up in a mood. Tomorrow I hate the same movie I liked yesterday. I change my mind; forgive me.

5. I do not boycott films. Because some actor said this or did that I should miss a good movie?! Unfair to me and everyone on set.

Well, that's a start. 6. I usually rate things too high or too low by most standards. I don't believe in 5, 6, or 7 stars.

The NFL Super Bowl?

As a Vikings fan and a low profile Cardinals fan I find myself cheering for the NFC each year.

I loathe Tom Brady as a QB, yet part of me wants the Pats to win it again. I don't think they can. I say Atlanta takes it by 17 points.

Warren Moon and Jeff George are my favorite QB's of all time.

Jeff George had a great arm and a bad disposition. He played for 7 teams and looked like Tom Arnold! I think he is in the running for most underrated QB to play in the NFL.

It's hard for me to explain, but he was one of those guys that if you had to lose, you'd want to lose with him.

All films that are relatively new and have DVD only releases. I'm not sure I understand why they will slap them on a DVD even though they have HD transfers on television and streaming.
