Default I Know I'm not the only one who enjoys this.

There's no feeling quite like the good old THX intro when you're about to watch the movies - warms up the ol' speakers, annoys the missus, shakes the walls, mixes your drink, frustrates the cat, wakes the neighbors, and lets you know you're settling in for a movie.

Yeah when the THX intro is heard at home I can hear a faint whisper in the background saying "Oh sh!@ there he goes again"

True. I liked the THX intros they had in theaters 5 to 15 years ago better than any I have seen in the last 5 years. I'd like to see a few of those retro ones put on a few BDs. Have you seen the THX intro with grampa Simpson? Awesome!

I have a digital file of just that intro created from the original sound track, so theoretically, I can make it come on every time I turn on my system

I could really push the fact that I have a THX theater to accompany the plaque and the poster.

Yes. That one came out at least five years ago in the theater. A Good one. I wonder if the older ones exist some where for viewing?

Sadly I can't turn it up as loud as I want to since I live in an apartment currently. Rest assured, when I move into a house I will be cranking it up.
