Just seen this (https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B00...A1BYMBZ552YQZ4) October 2014 release of Halloween 4 on Amazon whilst searching for the uncut AT release.

Can anyone confirm if this is actually uncut as the Amazon listing claims.

Are these region locked? The Amazon pages (for 4 and 5) don't specify.
