Last year my parent's bought a Sony BDP-S1700, one of the Sony Blu-ray players that included support for Playstation Now - even though they have no plans of ever using Now. Anyways, they always keep it wired to their modem. Every time their internet goes down, or they remove the ethernet cord, their connect has to be reset up each time the internet comes back in or is plugged back in. Why does it not auto connect since it's via ethernet? All other Blu-ray players, PS3, PS4, computers, all do not require set up each time. It's annoying for when they try to watch Hulu or Vudu, and have to go into the settings to set it up all over again.
