Invalid vudu code for blu-ray I just bought

I just bought the Pure Country 1/2 movie pack in the $7.88 in. It came with a Vudu code that says "must be redeemed by 12/31/19" but the code won't work. The print is bold and there's one 6 when the rest are letters, so I figured that 6 is something else so I tried every other character. The code is invalid. Is this code dead?

Doubtful that it's dead, it's hard to judge without seeing the code slip. But you might be on the right track, typical confusing letter/numbers are 6 and G, Z and 2, depending on how the code slip is printed.

Make sure you Redeem the Code properly, did you go to Services, Redeem UV and bring up that Bundle Movie Pack?
