Worst sequels with the original crew/cast?

This is to specifically list the sequels that had about 85-90% of the original cast and crew (director, screenwriter[s], cinematographer, composer, etc.), and yet still stunk. The first two Pirates Of The Caribbean sequels come immediately to mind...all the same leading characters, and the same chefs in the kitchen, and yet the damn cake never rose. Also Ocean's 12...it was insultingly smug and coasted on the goodwill generated by the previous movie, and yet had pretty much everyone from the first movie come back for more.
