I know wat the majorite wil say that "DC League of Super-Pets" was not relesead in theatre in 3 d , but look at here a master exist and it was shown here "https://scmuseum.org/explore/4d-theater/dc-league-super-pets-4d-experience"..
we can hoop that "turbine-shop.de" can find the master and sell the blu ray 3d

The problem with "4D" is that it is often used to refer to 2D content that has added environmental effects like wind, smoke and water, as well as things like moving seats. You can see both 2D and 3D movies in 4DX for example.

There's nothing I can see that suggests the actual video content was stereoscopic 3D.

That makes it more likely it was 3D but it's Warners so it will never see the light of day on 3D Blu-ray even if it was in 3D.

Lots of movies release flat in 4DX.
