Help! Name that film.

So I've been discussing a film with a friend. We both remember it but the details are a bit vague and possibly mixed up with other films.

It's a 70s or 80s film most probably.

Stranded desert island style.

There's definitely a "don't go past that point in the jungle" scene. Mainly because the natives of said area are either cannibals or very dangerous. Pretty sure a girl ignore this and witnesses some ritual sacrifice type thing.

Can remember a big stone/statue covered in blood.

Deffo one of those films where they think they're on their own till then.
