Default Should reality shows have to follow guidelines

Like most people I cant stand reality shows. I do realize that because there cheap to produce they will not be going away any time soon. since they wont be going away don't you think there should be rules that networks have to follow? like the shows should be at least a certain percent real, they cant do retakes, shows like dance moms have to compete in real dance competitions and the most important rule the people on the show cant be involved in the editing of the show.

Yes they should have to follow the guidelines. The biggest guideline they should follow is that they should NEVER EVER be scripted. EVER!!!!!
