Why would the same movie skip at the same time on two different discs

Not sure where to post this so I'll post it here for n

I was watching Skyfall on my Ps4 and the movie started to skip at the part where Bond gets on the train. Before and after was fine but that part started skipping

I originally thought it was a problem with the disc. To make sure , I got the same Blu Ray from the local library. I played the same scene and the same scene skipped there, even though it was as different disc?



Anyone have any idea why the same movie would skip at the same place on two different discs?
