Default What Laserjet printer do your recommend?

Hello,

I have am looking at upgrading from inkjet to laser as I'm getting destroyed on ink charges even with refilling. We are currently using the standard Canon MG2520 -- got it for pretty much dirt cheap as the unit was cheaper than buying a new ink cartridge as the new ones came with a 'Fresh' cartridge.

What would you guys recommend?

We are looking for something that is inexpensive to refill, possibly a scanner/copier (as we homeschool and would be a great addition to save on the children destroying workbooks).

Thank you in advance, any advise is greatly appreciated.

How many pages do you print on average per month? I'm assuming you're looking for a color laser printer?

I would buy a Brother printer, some of them allow you to use non-oem cartridges, which save you a ton of money.
