Post LG's 2017 77" Wallpaper OLED TVs have launched to select dealers

Just a heads-up to those waiting for the 2017 UHD/HDR OLED TVs. LG allocated a small allotment of 77" W7Ps to select factory direct dealers.

Here's one we wall mounted in our showroom

This display is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.

Just a quick follow-up on one of our 77" W7 installs. Our techs installed our 2nd 77" W7 today.

I have cinder block walls in my HT. How difficult do think it would be to attach the frame that holds the display up on that? Also noticed you put the connection cord in the wall. Looks very nice.

Can you show a side shot to illustrate how far off the wall it is?

after a quick google search...a list price of 20k? It'll be a LONG time before I can afford that.

But it does look great!

I remember best buy having it up for pre-order around the $6k mark

Techradar has the 65" at $8K as of 3-3-17.
I'm the first to admit Google isn't always accurate.

Here's a nice Youtube video on the W7.

The display is 1/10" deep all around. Here's a side view:

MSRP for the 77" W7 is $20k and it's $16,999 for the 77" G7. These are MSRP prices and we offer a 10% Rewards Credit so you get a nice store credit and of course free delivery and ..

Along with Scott D., yesterday, another Robert (https://www.linkedin.com/in/robert-wanat-0816a090/ ) spoke at one of the seminars…..’This seminar will go into detail on the key scene physics and perceptual aspects motivating the need for HDR. In addition, capture, display, and ecosystems for HDR involving static and dynamic metadata will also be covered.'

Purty good seminar.
